Door I
Tibetan Sound Healing
Sound reaches the places talk cannot. When a seven-metal bowl is struck, its tone moves through water, and you are mostly water. The nervous system, which cannot be reasoned out of its bracing, can be sung out of it.
The bowls are cast in the old way, from seven-metals each tied to a celestial body, a lineage carried across the Himalaya for centuries. No two voices are alike. We choose them as one chooses words: for what the moment is asking.
You do nothing but lie down and receive. As the tones layer and decay, the breath lengthens on its own, the jaw releases, and the body remembers a slower rhythm it never truly forgot. This is the oldest medicine, vibration, patiently applied.

Session rates and payment details are shared by email when you inquire: card for international guests; QPay, QR or bank transfer within Mongolia.
A private session shaped entirely around you. We speak briefly, then I read where the body is holding and let the bowls work along those lines. You leave loosened, quieter, more here.

Group Session
Group Session
A monthly circle, held in low light. Twelve mats, twelve breaths, one field of sound. There is a particular tenderness in being held by tone alongside others, each in their own private depth.
Reserve your seatArrive
Come a little early. Tea is poured. Phones rest at the door.
Settle
You lie down, covered and warm. We set a single intention together.
Receive
The bowls begin. There is nothing to do, nowhere to be.
Integrate
We return slowly, in silence, and let the change find its footing.
The body remembers what the mind has not.
